Our rooms and suites
Cosy flair combined with stylish elegance and modern comfort creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each room and suite features a balcony that treats you to a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and fruit orchards.
Useful information
Arrival and departure
Your room will be available from around 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Single supplement
We charge a supplement of €35.00 per day for the single use of our standard and comfort double rooms.
Garage parking
A parking space in our garage is available for €12.00 per day. Outdoor parking is available free of charge.
Dogs
Your pet is most welcome here with us. We charge a small fee of €15.00 per dog per day to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please don’t forget to bring your dog’s food and bed with you. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or dining rooms. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if necessary.
Children’s rates
The following rates apply for children staying in their parents’ room.

Rates
Our rates include VAT. The tourist tax is charged separately.
Cancellation policy/right of withdrawal
Main season
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date.
- Within 30 to 14 days before your arrival date, we charge 30% of the total rate.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, we charge 70% of the total rate.
- In the event of no-show or cancellation on your arrival date, we charge 100% of the total rate.
Low season
- You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.
- Within 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, we charge 30% of the total rate.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, we charge 70% of the total rate.
- In the event of no-show or cancellation on your arrival date, we charge 100% of the total rate.
Consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of delayed arrival, no-show, or early departure, EU regulations state that cancellation fees may be charged. To protect you from bearing the cost of these fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Bed and breakfast
For bed and breakfast stays, we reduce the rate by €18.00 per person per day.
Extending your stay
We charge a reduced daily rate for minimum stays of 3 nights or weekly packages.
Payment methods
Your bill is due to be paid on your departure day. You have the option of paying in cash (up to €4,999.99 per stay for EU citizens) or by debit and credit card. Please note that all valid, commonly used cards are accepted with the exception of Diners Club.
